Free Entry Methods

Entry Limits

Entry limits vary by individual giveaway and are clearly displayed on each prize page. Some drawings may allow unlimited entries, while others may restrict participants to a maximum number of entries.

Prize Details

• Prizes consist of various products from major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Temu, and other participating merchants
• Prize values range from small items to high-value products, clearly displayed on each giveaway page
• Specific prize details, including exact product description and estimated retail value, are displayed on each individual giveaway page
• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee beyond manufacturer's standard warranty

Prize Restrictions

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise
• Prize substitutions may be made at WindRage LLC's sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• Prizes will be shipped to the winner's verified mailing address within the United States only

Winner Selection Process

• Winners are selected at random using a verified random number generation system
• The more entries a participant has for a specific giveaway, the higher their chances of winning that prize
• Only entries from verified participants (those with confirmed phone numbers) are eligible for selection
• All unverified entries are automatically removed before the drawing occurs

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each individual giveaway. Your odds are calculated as: (your entries ÷ total entries). Your odds improve with each additional entry you earn for that specific giveaway, subject to any entry limits that may apply.

Game Types

• Word Search Games: Find hidden words in a grid within the time limit
• Future Game Types: Additional skill-based games may be added

Scoring System

• Points awarded for each correctly identified word
• Time bonuses for faster completion
• Perfect game bonuses for finding all words
• Final score determines ranking and eligibility for prizes

Game Session Rules

• Each game session costs 1 entry to participate
• Players have a limited time to complete each game
• Games must be completed in a single session (no pausing)
• Multiple attempts are allowed (each attempt costs 1 entry)
• Only your highest score counts toward final rankings

Skill-Based Criteria

Winners are determined solely by skill and performance, not by random draw. Rankings are based on:

• Final game score achieved
• Time taken to complete the game
• Accuracy of word identification
• Completion percentage

Tie-Breaking Method

In the event of tied scores, winners will be determined by:

1. Fastest completion time
2. Highest accuracy percentage
3. Earliest submission timestamp

Leaderboard Rankings

Live leaderboards display current rankings during active competitions. Final rankings are determined when the competition period ends.

Prize Structure

• Prizes are awarded to top performers based on final rankings
• Prize values and quantities are specified for each competition
• Multiple prize tiers may be available (1st place, 2nd place, etc.)
• Prize values range from small items to high-value products, clearly displayed for each game

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to winners' verified mailing addresses within the United States only. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. US residents who win $600 or more in prize value during a calendar year will need to complete a W-9 tax form. Winners outside the US are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Anti-Cheat Measures

• Server-side validation of all game submissions
• Timing verification with checkpoint intervals
• Score calculation verification
• Position-based word validation in game grids
• Detection of automated or bot gameplay

Disqualification Conditions

Players may be disqualified for:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party assistance
• Attempting to manipulate game timing or scoring
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to play on their behalf
• Any other behavior deemed unfair or against the spirit of competition

Notification Methods

Winners will be notified through one or more of the following methods:

• Email notification sent to the email address associated with the winning account
• Push notification through the MegaEntry mobile app (if installed)
• In-app notification when logging into the MegaEntry platform

Winner Requirements

• Respond to winner notification within seven (7) days of notification
• Provide full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Provide complete and accurate mailing address within the United States
• Confirm phone number verification is current and accurate
• Agree to these Official Rules and any additional prize-specific terms
• US residents who win $600 or more in prize value during a calendar year must complete a W-9 tax form
• Winners outside the US are responsible for their own tax obligations

Disqualification

Failure to meet any winner requirements within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. An alternate winner may be selected at WindRage LLC's discretion.

Participant Conduct

• Each participant may maintain only one (1) MegaEntry account
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated entry methods is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or compromise system integrity will result in immediate disqualification
• WindRage LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who violates these rules

Platform Rights

• WindRage LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any sweepstakes or competition at any time without prior notice
• In the event of technical difficulties, WindRage LLC may extend deadlines or take other corrective action as deemed appropriate
• WindRage LLC's decisions regarding these activities are final and binding

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WindRage LLC, its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in these activities or receipt/use of any prize.
