Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use MegaEntry.com or participate in our giveaways. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register an account or enter any contests. This requirement ensures compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users aged 18-17 should have parental consent before using our services.

Geographic Restriction

Our services and giveaways are currently available only to residents of the United States. International users may not participate in giveaways at this time. We may expand to other regions in the future, and terms will be updated accordingly.

Account Limitations

Each person may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in disqualification from current and future giveaways, as well as account termination.

Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Verification

Winners must verify their account via SMS verification when selected for a prize. If you win a giveaway, you will be required to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe (typically 72 hours). Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Contact Information

You must provide valid contact information, including a working email address and phone number, so we can reach you if you win. You may opt in to receive marketing communications during registration, but this is entirely optional.

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN OUR GIVEAWAYS. While we offer paid subscriptions that provide additional entries and remove ads, purchasing a subscription does not guarantee winning and is strictly optional. All giveaways remain free to enter through daily login entries.

How to Enter & Entry Limits

Users receive free entries by logging into their account daily. Paid subscribers receive additional bonus entries (200% more entries per day) as a subscription benefit. Entry limits and specific requirements for each giveaway will be clearly displayed on the contest page. One account per person ensures fair participation.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected through random drawings from all eligible entries at the end of each giveaway period. Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number associated with their account within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours, we may disqualify them and select an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery

Winners must provide a valid mailing address and complete any required verification within the specified timeframe to claim their prize. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We typically cover standard shipping costs, but expedited shipping may be at the winner's expense.

Odds and Guarantees

Winning is not guaranteed. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each giveaway. More entries increase your chances but do not guarantee victory.

Additional Rules

• Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or other items
• Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner
• US residents who win $600 or more in prize value during a calendar year must complete a W-9 tax form
• Winners outside the US are responsible for their own tax obligations
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility
• We reserve the right to verify winner eligibility and request additional documentation
• Each giveaway may have specific Official Rules that supplement these general terms

Subscription Benefits

Our paid subscriptions provide an ad-free experience and bonus daily entries (20 for Premium, 50 for VIP). Subscribers can still earn additional entries through daily login and streaks. Subscribing increases your entry count but does not guarantee winning any giveaways. Bonus entries apply to all eligible giveaways uniformly.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your provided payment method for the listed subscription fees. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers - all payment data is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Recurring Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice via email. Current subscribers will have the option to cancel before any price increase takes effect.

Failed Payments

If subscription payment fails, we may suspend subscription benefits until payment is resolved. Multiple failed payments may result in subscription cancellation.

Permitted Use

Our platform is designed for individual, lawful participation in giveaways and related features. You may use the site only for its intended purpose: entering contests, viewing content, and managing your account.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Posting or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or violent content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content (racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive material)
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Content related to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, drugs, or other adult topics that could jeopardize our advertising partnerships
• Any content inappropriate for a general, family-friendly audience

Anti-Fraud Measures

Users are prohibited from:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated services to enter contests
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate giveaway results or hack the site
• Providing false information or impersonating others
• Any attempt to defraud or cheat the system

Technical Restrictions

Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, disqualification from current and future giveaways, and potential reporting to law enforcement for illegal activities.

We limit access to personal data and share information only as necessary to operate our services (such as with our payment processor Stripe, analytics provider Google Analytics, and shipping partners for prize delivery).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaEntry.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
